Your signals.
Handled with care.
This pilot is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
Who is responsible
[LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [PRIVACY EMAIL] is the data controller for checkout, support and any report service information it receives.
What the tracker stores
Food descriptions, hunger, cravings, energy, sleep, digestive comfort, activity, optional cycle information and optional notes may reveal health information. In this V1, these tracker entries are stored only in your browser’s local storage on this device. They are not transmitted to us by this website. Do not enter names, diagnoses, medication details or anything unnecessary.
Purpose and legal basis
Tracker data is processed only to let you record observations and generate wellness pattern summaries. Where health-related data is processed, the condition is your explicit consent under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a). You can refuse consent; the tracker will not activate. Payment and service-administration data is processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.
AI-assisted analysis
If a human-prepared report uses an AI tool, you will be told. AI may help organise observations, but the output must follow rules against diagnosis, causal claims and invented patterns. It does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Sharing and international transfers
Local tracker data is not shared by this site. Before launch, list the payment provider, hosting provider, analytics provider and any report-processing provider here, including transfer safeguards where data leaves the UK/EEA. Do not enable advertising pixels on tracker, consent or report pages.
Retention
Tracker data stays on this device until you delete it or clear browser data. Proposed pilot operational records: purchase records as required by tax/accounting law; support messages for 12 months after closure; any submitted report dataset for no longer than 30 days after follow-up, then deletion or irreversible anonymisation. Confirm these periods operationally before launch.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where applicable, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Security and contact
Use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest for any off-device data, staff confidentiality, incident response and a written processor list. Contact: [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Last reviewed: 27 August 2026.
