The offer

40+ Body Signals is a 14-day wellness pattern-discovery service for €19 paid once. It includes the tracker, personal pattern analysis, Body Signals Report, three suggested low-risk experiments and a seven-day follow-up check. There is no subscription or hidden recurring payment.

Not medical care

This product does not diagnose, prevent or treat disease; assess menopause or hormones; replace a doctor or dietitian; or provide emergency care. Do not delay seeking medical advice. Persistent, severe or concerning symptoms should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

Your participation

Enter only your own information, keep it relevant, and do not use the service if under 18. Experiments do not recommend medication or supplements, extreme restriction or changing prescribed treatment. Stop an experiment if you feel unwell.

Digital access and cancellation

At checkout, the customer must receive the legally required pre-contract information. If immediate digital access begins during a statutory cancellation period, collect the customer’s express request and acknowledgement using wording confirmed for whether the supply is a digital service, digital content or mixed service. This template does not itself remove cancellation rights.

Limitations

Observations are based on short, self-reported data and may be affected by missing entries, stress, illness, travel, cycle timing, activity and other confounders. Patterns are not proof that one factor caused another.
